Had such a wonderful experience here. I felt acknowledged and welcomed from my very first visit. Although i was just browsing initially, I have since returned and made several purchases here. The level of customer service I received particularly from both Meraj and the store manager Illaine was absolutely amazing. Customer service I received was ridiculous she was very rudely spoken. I have spent fortune in that store. I was told that she can’t help me due to only three staff members are available and it’s busy and customer need to serve. I told her that old lady that I have been waiting for longer than others but she refused me to serve and told me to come back in Jan to send my rings to unsolder.
