I want to write a review about my jewelry shopping experience. I bought a bracelet and drove 2 hours to pick it up. When I arrived, I was simply handed the bracelet—there was no box, no bag, nothing. The staff just gave it to me and said, “that’s it.” How can someone be a manager at a jewelry brand and behave in such an unprofessional and inconsiderate way?
Geraldine was extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful when providing options for the necklace that I was interested in. While the one I was looking for was not in store, she made sure to take my information to contact me when it becomes available, and also broke down pricing while trying to get the lowest price for me. Would definitely go back and ask for her again!
