I bought a ring from Michael Hill in January. It was only available in size 7, but I loved it so I bought it with the intention of sizing down 2 sizes. I brought it to get resized in July and was told they could not resize it because I needed to have bought warranty within the first 30 days AND even if I had warranty they would only be able to resize by half a size.
