Went in store today to look at engagement rings for sizes, shape and prices.. Georgia was absolutely amazing!! She was fantastic at helping us from choosing the shape to writing down all the details we needed. She is a crucial team member that deserves a lot recognition. We will be back because of her!!
Tried to order a ring online. Due to my finger being a bigger size and unable to. I called and received amazing help. Talked me through how to order and also to make easy payment. Highly recommend
Always looking after me and remember my wife's taste. I wish I could remember the name of the lovely lady that serves me most often when I go in. While I do recommend Michael Hill for their customer support and care plans, It's important that you know you're paying top dollar for things you can obtain on the internet for less than half the price.
Myself and my wife (May) have been coming here for years! The staff are absolutely wonderful and helps through the process flawlessly when making purchases! We bought our wedding ring sets through them and a few other things and the quality and service is always 110%! Good luck to the girls at Micheal Hill!
I came in today to submit all of my jewellery for checking and rhodium plating under the care plans I purchased along with the jewellery. This is a tedious job for them, and in many other stores over the years, I've been met with borderline contempt. However, this morning, the 2 ladies helping me were BRILLIANT! So happy, helpful, funny, and just so nice. Their customer service made me want to buy ALLLL the jewellery, just so their sales figures went through the roof!
