I’ve been a loyal Michael Hill customer for over 10 years and regularly bring my jewellery in for cleaning without issue. Today was disappointing. I had my engagement ring re-rhodium plated there two months ago (though it wasn’t originally purchased there), and when I came in for a clean, I was told quite bluntly they don’t clean jewellery from other stores , something that’s never been mentioned before. Very professional. Customer representatives happy to help with anything we've asked. We have been helped by Stacey multiple times and every single time has been a 10/10 experience. We had an issue with a different store and she has fixed the issue and has repaired the jewlery that was damaged. Cannot recommend this store enough.
The broad range of jewellery caters for many different styles. The prices are fair & manageable. The staff are not pushy, they listen carefully & offer ideas & options matching the needs. They are professional, friendly & make the shopping experience fun.
Stacey was an absolutely awesome. I got engaged and needed my ring resized. We decided to order the same ring in the correct size. We needed it back quickly and Stacey worked hard to make this happen for us. Sooo impressed. Very highly recommended and we will be back for sure
