I had a very positive experience today at the Michael Hill Knox store when I visited the store to return a watch that I had previously purchased. The staff were extremely polite, kind, and professional, and they handled my request fully in line with company policies and true customer-focused service. The friendly and professional staff were very welcoming and helpful and the store had the exact ring I was after

I should of looked more closely at the reviews.One thinks that with a big named storeyou would be treated with utmost professionalism, not here. I Rang to get a price on a specific ring, Frederick assumed already that i was going to purchase from them!! as he kept on asking despite my question what was my Budget.
