Man they dragged their feet. Urrggghhh 😫😫😫😩😩😩😖😖😖😣😫😫😫. ( I left n even came back... Same whack customer service 👎👎👎👎) Their customer service NEEDS POLISHING ! I had bought a ring where they didn’t have size but I still purchased it but when changed my mind to cancel my order the employee told me I can’t cancel due to their store policy which never been mentioned at the time of purchase. Dishonest and unprofessional lady I had to deal with. I will never nor recommend anyone to make a purchase from this store.fraud don’t purchase anything from this company.
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Michael Hill (Kingsway location). I purchased a ring and later needed to return it. I contacted the Kingsway store and spoke with the same store manager who helped me during the purchase, LINA, because she had been very sweet and helpful at the time of sale.
