Professional and courteous staff. Absolutely no pressure sales. Good selections. And prices are very reasonable Fabiana was very helpful
Just came in to exchange some earrings my partner bought me and was assisted by the most helpful and kind employee ever. Fabiana was patient, informative, and made the process so easy. She helped size my partner's finger and thoroughly explained the warranty they offer when I inquired about it. Not only that, but she was bubbly and cleaned my earrings for me so that I could start wearing them today. 10/10 experience. I wont be returning to Peoples or elsewhere ever again. :)
I had a great experience at Michael Hill in Kingsway Mall! The service was excellent. Lina, the manager, was very professional and helpful, making sure everything went smoothly. Fabiola from sales was also amazing—she was patient, friendly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Thank you both for the wonderful service!
Aimney and Elisa are such wonderful ladies! They were incredibly helpful and helped me find some amazing pieces. They really went above and beyond to find the perfect things for me, and they even gave me some great recommendations. They explained the meaning of each piece, and I had a lovely chat with them. I highly recommend seeing them if you have the chance!
