My husband went today to buy my Xmas present 3 staff members ion and no one even engaged with him to buy anything. Very disappointing and he went elsewhere to purchase a gift
I have never bought anything from this Michael Hill store but Rachael the lovely young lady that works there I have seen her go above and beyond to help out her customers.I could not speak highly enough of her.Rachael is a very very friendly lady and whose smile as you walk into the store is like rolling out the red carpet for her very lucky customer.Keep up "YOUR" wonderful work Rach as you were born to be in customer service.
