Thank you Betty (& colleagues) for the wonderful shopping experience. I had not planned on purchasing earrings today, was curious as to which styles won’t poke me while lying down. Betty showed me what was available, we had a great chat & I walked out with a pair of cute Gold Channel Huggies. Great store & excellent customer service. I’ve purchased from various Michael Hill stores over the decades & have always received excellent service.
Tracy Bettie was amazing! Such a helpful and knowledgeable lady, so professional and caring and she sorted everything for our wedding day. I highly recommend this store as all the staff were jumping in and helping with everything, making sure everything was perfect!! Truly an amazing experience here!! Enjoy the sushi Tracy! 😀

Went in store today to take back some earrings I purchased online. (It says to go in store for warranty). Only to be told it was my fault they are broken because I shower with them in and after only 3 weeks of wear the glue apparently has broken down so wouldnt be warranted. I said no where online does it say they can't be worn in water how was I to know that? The manager told me its not their fault as they can't communicate that online like they do in store. I can’t thank Sophie, Maree and Sonia enough for the experience they gave me and my partner while purchasing an engagement ring.
