Went in store today to take back some earrings I purchased online. (It says to go in store for warranty). Only to be told it was my fault they are broken because I shower with them in and after only 3 weeks of wear the glue apparently has broken down so wouldnt be warranted. I said no where online does it say they can't be worn in water how was I to know that? The manager told me its not their fault as they can't communicate that online like they do in store.
