I thought hard about putting this review but given it has happened twice to me i felt it was needed. This is my local store and the ladies there are amazing and helpful expect for one person. I feel the racism so hard when im dealing with this person. Whenever i approach her to help, she will make me feel unseen. Purchase my wedding ring from Michael Hill for February 2022. It was beautiful, exactly what I envisioned, although I will never purchase from them again. I have lost a diamond 4 times in 2.5years. Thankfully I purchased diamond lifetime insurance so it gets replaced but what a hassle. I have basically been told not to wear it, unless going out for dinner and a diamond won't fall out.
