I bought a bracelet from Michael Hill Karingal a few weeks ago. Unfortunately, there was a small issue with the bracelet, so I took it back to the store. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and were happy to assist with resolving the issue. I thought hard about putting this review but given it has happened twice to me i felt it was needed. This is my local store and the ladies there are amazing and helpful expect for one person. I feel the racism so hard when im dealing with this person. Whenever i approach her to help, she will make me feel unseen.
