The staff was impatient and unfriendly. When she took out the items I wanted to see (which took a while), she became impatient as I wasn’t looking directly at her and said, “Which one do you want? Hey!” in a rude tone. She was also unfamiliar with prices and took a long time to check. a very uncomfortable experience.
Don’t trust this place they will let anyone pick up your jewellery without proof of ID. Someone else picked up my ring and now it’s on marketplace on Facebook. See images. The store are taking no responsibility and I have no ring.
