Stylish and high quality products and staff were so helpful and friendly, specifically Saeede was so professional and helpful.
I was recently at the Micheal Hill at Fairview mall and received the best customer service from Rima! She was sweet and helped me narrow down what I was looking for. Although I didn’t buy anything, she helped me figure out what I wanted and I will be back soon to be helped by her!
I visited today and wow… No one acknowledged my presence while I stood there watching 2 associates chat it up with 1 customer. While I understand the importance of building rapport with people looking to buy, which oftentimes includes small talk, I am disappointed that none of the 3 associates in the store even gestured for me to wait a second while they did that. What could’ve been an easy purchase turned into a swift exit.
I'll start by saying that if you choose to shop here, please put on your glasses and double check whats being sold to you. The story is simple here, my sister bought me a birthday gift in the summer and when I opened it the next day - I saw the brown spots on one of the earrings. I tried to pretend to be happy with it but I couldn't. So she said, don't worry. I'll go again to switch it out for another one. ⭐ If I could give 0, I would. I bought a chain for my husband and went back the very next day to exchange it. Assistant manager RIMA told us we had to “come on Wednesday” because the manager was away, and acted like helping us was a huge favor. She even said repeatedly in our language that she was “only doing this for my mom,” which felt rude and unprofessional ( not to mention i had the receipt, the chain i got jst a day before) .
