Assistant manager RIMA told us we had to “come on Wednesday” because the manager was away, and acted like helping us was a huge favor. She even said repeatedly in our language that she was “only doing this for my mom,” which felt rude and unprofessional ( not to mention i had the receipt, the chain i got jst a day before) .
