Prior to Christmas (during their busy period) I was assisted by Jane who repaired an earring on the spot, and offered a number of quotes on other items. Her pleasant interactions and assistance made our shopping experience enjoyable. We were given her full attention and time and would happily shop there again.

I absolutely love the staff at the Erina Store ... I buy all my Jewellery from there ... Went in and purchased a new ring yesterday ... you know because we deserve it :) and i love Jewellery ... sometimes i even buy hubby a little something ... and the Ladies are so nice, the lady who looked after me name was Debbie ... Although all the ladies were so nice as i couldn't decide which one to buy that best suited me ... but they were patient and we got there in the end.... very happy customer
