I have never met such a nice person in my life when it comes to customer service. Luca the store manager is the one you want to ask for when going into Michael Hill Dubbo. Luca was very insightful and helped us every step of the way. We had such a great conversation and we are so thankful for the assistance and fantastic customer service.
