10 years ago I made the decision to purchase an engagement ring from this store salesperson CJ was great with the sales of the ring and also the UPSELL of the "LIFETIME CAREPLAN" dont be conned. This ring was worn and cared for like no other never taken off her finger. Every time it was dropped off for a clean when we went to the shops and she also mentioned everytime the claw keeps catching on my clothes doesnt feel right. We bought a ring from the Southland store. On the day it was really hot in the store and as such had swollen fingers. So when we got home I. The cold the ring practically fell off. The Cranbourne staff (this was our local store) were so helpful in arranging to order one in the correct size and made everything so easy. Thanks ladies.
