The old short lady with brown hair is extremely rude, disrespectful and refused then threatened me over asking for a repair for an item that was faulty out of the box. Unbelievable that any company would have staff like that.
Horrible customer service by the old lady behind the counter, seemed to be one of the woman in charge. Attitude and over all rudeness. Not going back for sure

At around 3pm yesterday a MHJ staff member left this store to follow someone very loudly saying that recording in Westfield is illegal and that she had all their information from their system I even heard to surrender their phone because they were breaking the law just all sorts of nonsense this occurred publicly in the center area too
This was really upsetting to witness but while walking through the centre, I saw a woman come out of the Michael Hill Jewellery store and chase after another woman who had already left. At first I assumed it was a misunderstanding but the staff member continued following her and yelling that she has all her personal details while demanding her phone and saying it was illegal to record.
