I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase. The item was advertised as gold, but it started to rust and discolor after a very short time. This should not happen with real gold. The quality is far below expectations, and it feels misleading. I expected something durable and long-lasting, but instead received a product that looks worn and damaged almost immediately. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.
Terrible customer service. Avoid the old lady there, if you’re right and call them out they’ll try calling security and kicking you out.
I had such a warm and helpful experience with Rico while searching for a setting to a loose diamond I have. He was honest and direct which I appreciate so much in a space where I really felt out of my element- I know nothing about rings and custom designing settings. He spent a good chunk of time discussing options with me and servicing and cleaning an old solitaire ring they didn't even sell me to begin with. Andrea was absolutely lovely. I have a rope chain that has broken on me many times and i was looking for a new gold chain because it didn’t make sense to fix it again. She showed me different options, cleaned my cross for me, and mentioned refurbishing my chain. Since my chain used to be my moms, it holds a lot of value and meaning to me.
