They have a great cleaning and insurance plan for your item's. The staff are very friendly and supportive. After shopping around I always end up shopping with Michael Hill, I can not flaw their services. The quality and design's are very impressive. Well done to the staff at Noarlunga and Marion.

One star because I couldn’t choose less. They resized my husband completely wrong for his wedding ring and are not taking any responsibility. We are now left with a $1200 wedding ring he can’t even wear. We were told over the phone the issue would be resolved once we came into store- only to be told “sorry there’s nothing we can do” steer clear from Micheal hill! Especially for something as important as a wedding ring. Absolutely devastated.
