Am a regular Michael Hill shopper so went to get a gift for the GF. While I was there also decided to ask for them to clean and polish my current jewellery as well. I’ve been doing it a couple times now but today the amazing staff of Angel did such a fantastic job. She was awesome and wonderful and so helpful. Amazing experience!
Came to Chadstone today to pick up our wedding rings. To be honest, our initial experience with Terry was disappointing. She said, “Looks like no one wants to help you,” which felt quite unprofessional. She first asked to see our pickup email, then said she didn’t need the email but needed to see the pickup text message instead, and then requested ID. I visited Michael Hill Chadstone after an issue with a previous purchase made at the Bourke St Mall store. The manager, Sian, was helpful, professional, and understanding from the moment I explained the situation. She took the time to review the online promotion, honoured the discounts that were shown online, and refunded the difference.
