Very negative experience. Came into look at wedding rings with my fiancée and were ignored like we weren’t even in the store. Kept getting rude glances by the staff members as if we were a nuisance and after waiting for a bit after it was clear that we were being ignored we decided to leave. My boyfriend and I had a great experience here. Ramona was extremely helpful and spent time with us helping us choose our purchase. She was incredibly professional and her customer service was great. The store was clean and well presented. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for good quality jewellery!
