My partner had bought me a bracelet and I had gone to get it quoted to get fixed. They took my bracelet and said it will be one to 2 days at most to get the quote. It has now been over two weeks and I have not heard anything from them. There are many other jewelry places you can buy from rather than here their stuff will break easily and they won’t bother getting a quote to fix it or fix it.
Zero stars. The staff at this store are useless and unintelligent. I spoke to three different people about a return and none of them could help me. Went to Miranda and they were willing and able to help me. Don’t bother with this store.
