Great store with very reasonable prices. Quality of the jewellery is amazing. Got a beautiful engagement ring and my now wife loves it. Staff are so helpful too. Very accomodating and knowledgable.
Laura is absolutely wonderful to deal with! Her attention to detail and passion for jewellery and customer service really shines through when you’re in store. She takes the time to listen and makes the whole experience feel personal and special. Highly recommend!
Very friendly and helpful staff
Customer service needs to be looked into. Walked into the store, two sales reps sitting down, no hi or acknowledgement, I approached and disrupted their conversation, stated I wanted to get a store credit, one sale rep walked off and the older woman with white hair said “there’s no manager in” and continued to ask “what store did you get it from” which I replied “I’m not sure, it was a Christmas gift” then she hastily grabbed my item out of the bag, and said “so what did you want”.
