I found Dr Higgins and his staff to be professional, efficient, and thorough. The Dr reviewed my situation and films and answered all my questions, I found his advice and a plan of action to be reassuring and reasonable. His bedside manner pleasant and appropriate! I have found my new orthopedic surgeon!

I renewed my friendship with Dr. Higgins who has replaced both of my knees and consulted with me about a possible hip replacement. Today’s visit was to X-ray my left knee following a recent fall. He reassured me that all was well with my knee and all I needed was a few more days to fully recover.

Waited forever to be seen. Nurse had terrible bedside manners. Didn't even look at us when speaking. Dr Higgins insisted it was a hip problem of my opposite side of the hurting knee that I had replaced in 2023. I went in for knee pain. Insisted a cortisone shot would work. It didn't. When asked if he could explain the hip x ray, he brushed it off.

I saw Dr Higgins for my knee. He was timely, thorough, and I had great relief after receiving a cortisone shot. Office staff was great!
