If I could give him 10000 stars, I would. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and kind. He assisted my daughter with a tongue and lip tie procedure and I couldn’t be more grateful that he was there. He was fantastic with my daughter! Wonderful. Dr. Higgins helped with my five year old’s dental procedure. His office staff was very organized and communicative leading up to the appointment. I felt like I knew exactly what to expect going into it. They helped sort everything out with our pediatrician for his physical and worked with our insurance to make sure it would be covered. Inconsistent information regarding billing and medical insurance. We were told insurance would be billed as a non-solicited provider and would be covered under insurance and we would pay our co-insurance of 20%. I should have contacted my insurance myself and not trusted them. This is a scam and the doctor’s staff is very unprofessional and constantly gives conflicting information. Please so your own research on your insurance because they will not advocate for you . They only want your money and that’s it. Very disappointed... read more
