Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Figured my issue out very quickly. Explained how to fix it. Everyone there was beyond helpful and friendly.
Excellent Dr Held besides being completely professional was also very kind but said what needed to be said & done. Night before surgery he called me to ask if I had any questions or concerns (who does that now a days) very comforting on day of surgery & follow up care. Always accessible & called immediately if I had concerns or problems an exceptional surgeon with a kindness to match
Dr. Held and his team a were excellent and helped me with both my knees. He did much more than I expected at my first vist. Now I can walk and go up and down stairs much better. I would highly recommend Dr. Held.
Everyone was very nice to me, I loved, everyone was very professional the place was clean I recommended 100 percent.
