My wife had a great experience at this office, so I decided to go there as well. I was very impressed with the courtesy of the staff and doctor. I was seen quickly and had all of my questions answered. I found Dr Heffernan to be thorough, kind, and engaging. I actually look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended.
Run as fast as you can from this doctor. He is without a doubt the most arrogant doctor w a huge air of superiority, that I have ever been too. I don’t care how skilled he is w skin cancer, I will NEVER go to him again. Go see Gary westbrock!
Today I had a rather complex procedure to remove a basal cell carcinoma from my back. Dr. Heffernan and all of the nurses or aides involved in my procedure during the 3 hours I was in the office were amazing! I'm very comfortable highly recommending him to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist in San Luis Obispo County.
