Run as fast as you can from this doctor. He is without a doubt the most arrogant doctor w a huge air of superiority, that I have ever been too. I don’t care how skilled he is w skin cancer, I will NEVER go to him again. Go see Gary westbrock!
Today I had a rather complex procedure to remove a basal cell carcinoma from my back. Dr. Heffernan and all of the nurses or aides involved in my procedure during the 3 hours I was in the office were amazing! I'm very comfortable highly recommending him to anyone looking for an excellent dermatologist in San Luis Obispo County.
This physician and this office are as good as it gets. Dr. Heffernan's professional and educational background are in the elite category. He is also a pleasure to work with. His associate, Dr. Wick, and the office staff make you feel fortunate to be under their care. The entire operation is exceptional.
He is his staff are very professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. I received complete five star service from my first phone call through to my appointment and aftercare.
