Michael Heede helped my wife's family with a tricky little title glitch on a property in the Pocket/Greenhaven area of Sacramento that they owned for years. Neither Michael nor us had anything to do with the transaction, the title company juxtaposed two very similar parcel numbers on a duplex a few miles away.
