Not professional, not treated well.
While I have not seen Dr Haiken personally, everyone I have encountered, from one to the next, are truly awesome, caring, and helpful people. I can’t say enough good about them.
I was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma on my cheek. You would never believe that I had surgery and received 14 stitches. My cheek looks gorgeous. Thank you Dr. Haiken and your wonderful staff you have made me so happy.
Lost two patients for a mere $35. After two months, still did not receive the re-embursement of $35 as promised. Just one excuse after the next. We will be looking for a dermatologist
I was surprised when my biopsy on a tiny red spot proved to be melanoma. Kudos to Allison for noting the spot and taking action even though it appeared so small and benign. The office staff was a pleasure to interact with.
Each visit since going to Dr. Haiken over the last few years has been very pleasant. The office staff are always friendly and efficient. Allison is thorough, competent, always informative and truly professional.
We have gone to Dr, Haiken for many years. He now only does surgeries and we have been going to Shannon, she is fantastic. We have referred family and friends.
