I came to this office looking for a private practice and not a corporation. From the time I called the office the front office staff was so friendly and informative …actually spent time to answer my questions! There was no long holds or leave messages or press this option. When I got to the office I was greeted right away. I was seen at my appointment time (so don’t be late)! I saw Jonel and her assistant… wow what a team! They both are top notch! Had a wonderful experience with Haiken Dermatology. They were able to schedule my visit in a timely manner and followed up ahead of time to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, check-in was super easy. The new patient form was simple and quick and I was ushered into the exam room without much wait. The staff was thorough and very friendly and they got me out of there quickly so I could get back to my busy day. I would gladly recommend Haiken Dermatology to everyone. The did a great job.
