I have been seeing Dr Rivner for several yrs for Myasthenia Gravis (a sometimes difficult condition to treat.) Dr Rivner, & all the staff, at AU Health are great. Dr Rivner is a unique individual, with a great, wry, sense of humor. He is a no-nonsense person, but always makes me feel secure, listened to, & well cared for. All staff, from check-in, nurses.medical students, PAs, & lab, are friendly, professional & efficient.
I love Dr. Rivner. My daughter has MG and this doctor was a blessing. He does not play around and has a little bit of a dry sense of humor but at the end of the day he gets to the root of the problem. She is doing so much better and has her on a wonderful treatment.
Dr. Rivner is the most intelligent, thorough, and brightest doctor I've ever been fortunate enough to know. I was misdiagnosed for 2 years before I was finally correctly diagnosed by Dr. Rivner. He literally saved my life. I have been seeing him since 2008, so almost 20 years. His office staff is phenomenal as well. No waiting 3 and 4 days for a response; they're very prompt and efficient. I am a caretaker and I watch a 60-year-old who is disabled Dr. Michael Rivener Was very hard on this little old lady with his little hammer checking reflexes he left bruises on her skin. I wouldn’t take my loved ones to him in neurology. Find another doctor if you could in the CSRA area he is not the one to go to. He handles rough and he calls bruises on the Old ladies arm very bad
