I had a consult with Dr Polcino and he started out friendly but then became increasingly rude and condescending. I’ve never been treated like that by a doctor and left the office in tears.
I was going to see Dr. Polcino for years. at first it was great. there was never a wait and they would just take you as you came. then there started to be a 30 min wait. np! last, and final straw, was my most recent visit where after arriving 20 mins early I waited over 2 hours and was told it would still be another 30 mins. I was also told that next time I should just take a vacation day, so I didn’t have to worry about getting back to work....
RecommendedDr. Polcino is very thorough, personable, gentle,kind and compassionate. Everything you would want in a doctor. Thank you for helping my first grandchild enter this world safe and sound. A big thank you also to your wonderful. Your number 1,Karter says so also!😃

SEEN THIS MAN FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS EVERY THING WAS OKAY UNTIL I WAS TOLD I NEEDED FURTHER EVALUATION ON A BREAST EXAM. THIS MAN WAS RUDE, SHOWED NO COMPASSION, AND EVEN TOLD ME WHEN I ASKED FOR CLARIFICATION THAT I CAN GO SEE ANOTHER PROVIDER. I WAS SO UPSET. I NEVER WILL SEE HIM AGAIN.
My first visit with Dr. Polcino was this week. I have been telling everyone I know that it was the nicest doctor appointment I have ever had. The office is clean and beautiful, the staff is lovely and the Doctor was great. I am happy to have found him.
Always very attentive, thorough and caring.
