The absolute best!!!
Excellent communication and genuine concern for my challenges
After having frustrations at another facility, a friend recommended Dr. Metcalf. I had the absolute best experience. I drove almost 2 hours for my visit and it was well worth it. He was kind and very understanding. Listened to my problems and very quickly came up with a treatment that works well for me. Highly recommended!
In the beginning dr. Metcalf was great he was attentive and I felt like he had my best interests in mind after the surgery it's when everything fell apart. I feel like after he got the money for the surgery he just didn't care anymore didn't listen to what I had to say gave me a different diagnosis than he gave me in the beginning I just really feel like he's in it for the money.
Had over self analyzed what was to come. Very efficient staff and great doctor. I would recommend Dr. Metcalf to anyone with shoulder problems.
