Great doctor, professional, friendly staff - excellent
Called office 4 times to get a simple prior authorization for a medication. Also sent a message via MyChart. No response and it’s been weeks. Clearly Mount Sinai and its staff simply can’t be bothered.
Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
Dr. failed to bill my insurance. Charged for a procedure he didn't perform. Will not go back. Called patient services. Waiting for them to call back.
Dr Loshigiant was wonderful: Helpful, efficient, understanding. Staff was excellent as well
