Dr.Shapiro is very quick to fix any foot issues. I had a really knarly ingrown toenail and he took it out like sailor catching a shark. He's very informative and very reassuring about any medical concerns. I'm lucky to have insurance to go to him but if I didn't I would still go to him!

Dr. Tu: Impatient, poor bedside manner, bad attitude, did not address my concerns in an appropriate way.
Had a visit Thursday, the dr and office never sent prescription to Pharmacy, been calling every day for 3 days - same answer - dr was too busy. Very unprofessional. Updated- after 4 days was able to get my prescription. There was a problem with the web service office used to send prescription. Still unacceptable
