I always have a great experience when I visit Dr. Koo’s office.
Always an experience of warmth, welcome and extraordinary customer service.
I recently had an appointment scheduled with Dr Koo that was cancelled by him. Because it is time for me to have a stress test i cannot use the online scheduling options nor can the normal office scheduling folks reschedule the appointment. The appointment has to be rescheduled by the testing group whom you cannot contact directly but have to await a call from. I don't sit by my phone so have already missed one call. This is no way to run a medical outfit. Poor service.
Always treated with respect. Available to answer all my questions. Very friendly.
