Excellent. Everyone who has seen my new crown comments how perfect it looks. And, it works and fit as a natural tooth. I’ve seen many dentists over several decades and I had LESS pain with his techniques than others. His diagnoses, treatment are accurate. He came highly recommended by a friend and my specialists who are familiar with his reputation were pleased I chose him as my primary. His assistant Martha is also excellent.
Always has an awesome experience with Dr. Michael. He is so nice and accomodating, make you feel at ease. The way he explain things is seems so personal to you. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

I would never recommend this dentist to anyone. That said, the other dentists at Richardson Dentistry are fine. My daughter went to see Dr. Michael Guirguis for the second time today, hoping to find a solution to TMJ pain. The nurse accidentally left a walkie talkie in the exam room where my daughter was waiting. The nurse alerted Dr. Guirguis that my daughter was very upset. My daughter could hear them. This dentist replied, "Why am I stuck with her?". He didn't apologize. He should!!
