Very professional, Quick. Clear communicator. Worked clean. Snafu with service app and communicating a delay in arriving was only hiccup. I would recommend.
We had issue with the shower running cold after 5 minutes. We had 2 previous plumbers assess the issue but never fixed the problem. Michael was able to diagnose the cross connection and repaired it the next day. He is masterful at his trade, also very professional, and courteous. Would recommend him highly.
