Michael serviced my 3 Navien units for my multifamily today. He is direct, timely, knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonably priced. My Navien units were actually set up with a recirculating pump system so that -- even 3 floors up -- hot water is immediately available and you don't need to let the water run. However, the Navien units were never programmed correctly to utilize this feature.
