Every time I saw Dr. Greenwell back in 2019 just seemed like I was getting nowhere slow. I explained the issue, which was I couldn't get food to go down into my stomach and what could get through, went right through me. I ended up going to 2 surgeons, 1 a surgeon who had to take out my gall bladder. The 2nd was back to my bariatric surgeon who had to do an upper endoscopy to stretch my stomach back out. Taking a probiotic had been suggested to me by another physician. Dr G said that would only put more bacteria in my small intestine. Had no suggestions of his own. WELL, am now taking probiotics and eating yogurt and doing beautifully. Dr G needs to read his journals and get caught up.

Awful experience, I had orders from a doctor to do an upper & lower scope, he took it upon himself to only do the upper and wanted me to come back for the lower! He had my scope results from a previous doctor that showed my diagnosis, however, i can only assume he never looked at it nor did he share it with me. He would only tell me I had inflammation, gerd and a hernia. I found this information when I recently requested my records and reviewed them. Dr Greenwell first saw me in 1996. I had an endoscophy then. Dr Greenwell is such a gentle Dr, I never felt anything. I responded immediately to his treatment. Fast forward 20 yrs, I'm having the issues again. Now I have an endoscophy and colonoscopy, again Dr Greenwell is so gentle I never feel a thing. I follow treatment and feel better again. I recommend this Dr to everyone!

I saw Dr Greenwell today for abdominal pain he was one of the nicest and attentive specialist I've ever had. He seem to really care and didn't treate like a piece of gum he was trying to get off his shoe. It's rare for me to find a dr I like because they tend to have a God complex he didn't he was wonderful and so was his staff I left there feeling happy instead of stressed I highly recommend Dr Greenwell give him a chance if your looking for a good dr.

When scheduling yearly colonoscopies with Dr. Greenwell it was aggravating to wait 15 minutes every time I called his office and then playing telephone tag for several days. But after being diagnosed with an ulcer in 8/2015 and having to have follow up endoscopies followed by now needing to schedule an isotope study followed by another endoscopy, I'm EXTREMELY aggravated by always having to be on hold for 15+ minutes and playing telephone tag for days!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

At this point, I would not recommend Dr. Greenwell. After completing mail-in paperwork, it took nearly 3 weeks for the office to call & schedule procedures. I called twice to ask about schedule. It was another 2 weeks before the appointment was scheduled. Afterwards, I was told I'd get results in 7 -10 days. After a 10 days with no call, I again called his office. I've been waiting another week with no call. Calls to his office have not resulted in return calls. What happened to patient care?
