Warm, compassionate, down to earth.
This office staff is horrible, especially Toni in their office. They are rude, unprofessional, and take no urgency when it comes to the needs of their patients. My 72 year old mother, who is a patient at this office, has been in pain for days, and this office has taken absolutely no urgency in rectifying her situation, merely stating that the doctor is not in. Went there to have my medical papers faxed to a rehab I was trying to get into come to find out right after that dr george discontinued all my psych meds and the only med that helps with my pain nuerontin that I've been taking for 20 years and can't even walk without and when I call to talk to him he refused to talk or even call me back

Everything was terrific. Extremely professional
I have seen Dr. Kaplan for years. Every time I go in to the office she can's get my prescription's correct. I always have to call into the office to get them corrected. The medical assistance are not helpful either. They just want me to make another appointment to see the doctor. They care nothing about their patience, they just want the office visit fees. I would not recommend this medical group and I will be finding a new doctor as well.
We thought he was very nice did a great job. was awsome at explaining the procedure. would highly recomend him.

Horrible. After giving me a preoperative physical, his words as he left the office were 'don't die on the table.' He suggested my 15-year-old smoke pot to 'zone out' after a concussion. When it was Christmas Eve and I needed antibiotics, so called to ask if I could please have a script called in for my UTI (which come on fast and furious), I never even received a phone call back (this was considered urgent but not an emergency, thus called the medical dental line).

Dr. Kolodny has been my physician for over 20 years. Dr. Kolodny is brilliant, compassionate, empathetic and spends time carefully to listen to my medical conditions. I feel extremely anxious going to doctor's but he always goes above and beyond to help me to relax. Dr. Kolodny, consistently makes sure I have my needs met before leaving my appointment. His experience, expertise and knowledge has led to a great outcome. I trust him immensely and feel truly fortunate to have him as my doctor.
