I went to Dr. Goldberg to have a tooth removed and a bone graft. I was in the Doctors chair for about 45 minutes as he removed the old tooth and supposedly installed a bone graft. He was joking with his hygienist the whole time about whether he should buy his daughter a long board or not. I, as the patient, seemed to be a sideline as his thoughts were definitely somewhere else. After I was done, I paid the bill for $945 for 45 minutes of him talking about his longboard.
