Dr. Gold has been professional throughout all my eye exams. He took the time explaining everything to me in detail. Dr. Gold and staff at SightMD Little Neck have been friendly and understanding.
Dr Gold lives up to his name Gold. I had a diagnosis from city med about my eyes and was so scared. but Dr. Gold did a great and through examination and he was so caring. and relieved my mind.
I cannot i am forced to write a negative review for Dr Gold before his retirement. Dr wanted to see this week to follow up on a problem he found 6 months ago. The office rescheduled my appointment once and now when I called the office, they said the Dr is off this Thursday and no other availability before he retires! So what does that mean? I waited 6 months for nothing! This is irresponsible and unprofessional. I need to get a new prescription!
