Very friendly. My first visit and he was sincere and did not seem bothered at all helping me with my issues. Took his time talking with me and helped me be at ease.
I’ve never had a Doctor Who treated me like a child like this man. First thing he ever said to me was if you’re ever miss an appointment , then you’re done with me.
Does not listen, just lectures! Very rude. Would NEVER go back. No one needs to be treated as badly as he does his patients.
Very rude and so was his assistant nurse. I wish I could have walked out but I’m in a chair. Will never, ever go back and would not recommend this office either.
When Dr. Glass entered the exam room he immediately started reprimanding me for missing a previous appt and canceling another over a 3 year period deeming me 'non-compliant'. He had me in tears for the duration of the exam and, while I cried, he continued lecturing me. He was so loud that I was embarrassed that the staff outside of the exam room could hear him yelling. I am a 73 year old woman and normally do not let rude and disrespectful people affect me but Dr. Glass' behavior was definitely uncalled for.
First visit was extremely short and he ordered a biopsy. Like most 79 yr old men, I have an enlarged prostate and was looking for non-invasive options to detect cancer. He referred to me as a 'complex patient'. Guess I asked too many questions based on my research with the Mayo Clinic, John Hopkins, Cleveland Clinic, and other trusted sources. First visit and not very friendly took about 5 minutes and was given a prescription told come back in 6 months. Nothing resolved still have stones.
November 1, 2022 my dad went to Dr. Glass for a follow up from an infection of his prostate. Dr.Glass did an ultrasound and saw that his bladder was not emptying completely. My dad asked about a MRSA diagnosis that was in his folder. Dr. Glass did not know it was in his folder so we went and looked and there it was. Dr.Glass gave him a prescription and told him to come see him in 2 months. Well the next day he was so bad that my dad had to be admitted to the hospital with a bladder that was so full and infected.
