Posting on behalf of my wife who switched to Dr. Michael Gertsen. After seeing how wonderfully he treated my mother. His patience, kindness, and genuine care made such a lasting impression that I knew I wanted him as my dentist too. Now that I’m his patient, I can honestly say he’s upfront, honest, and extremely professional.
