Contrary to other reviews, I found Dr. Dunn to be great. He was only a few minutes past my appointment time and was very apologetic. He was very thorough and explained everything that was going on with my arm. We carried on a casual conversation throughout the exam and he seemed very interested in me personally. My condition is one that is only going to get better with time (an injury to my arm during heart bypass surgery). Dr. Dunn prescribed medication to help alleviate the pain until then

He kept trying to prescribe a medication that has prednisone in it to me...even after being told multiple times I am allergic to Pred. It was as though he and his office staff never read my chart at all. 5 times, even after being told, he tried to prescribe that drug to me. I found a new Dr. after that.

He is NASTY to the core cold, rude, no compassion, Their is a chip missing call humanity ! I would never ever recommend a cold heartless individual such as Dr. Dunn too ANYONE it’s very obvious he’s in the profession only for what it could do for him he’s not a doctor because he has a love and passion for people because it’s not there he’s hands down the absolute worse doctor I have ever encountered. Zero is my rating

Dr. Dunn misdiagnosed me. Ten years later it was confirmed that I have multiple sclerosis. On that return visit, he was arrogant and dismissive of symptoms. Ordered an MRI to rule out anything, stating he expected to find nothing. Even after MRI showed MS he called it "probable MS." Terrible experience with him. His diagnosis afterward was slow chronic progressive MS. Wrong! It's relapsing remitting and 20 years later I'm doing great in the care of Strong's excellent MS specialists.

Dr. Dunn sees my husband for several diagnoses. He is very experienced, thorough, empathetic and professional. We recommend him highly in the Rochester NY area.

He is so incredibly condescending that I felt worse every time I left his office. He talks down to patients, scoffs at questions and shows little inerest in explaining anything. There is no follow-up on test results and when I needed to see my records for an insurance issue, information was just flat out wrong.

I was little worried about seeing Dr. Dunn after reading lot of negative comments. It turned out to be a pleasant surprise. He was very efficient, took his time to examine the issue, ran necessary tests, listened to my comments and always was very courteous. Granted he is not very talkative and does not chit-chat, but then I wanted a diagnosis and not counseling. He was on top of things and talked to the point. I would definitely recommend him to others.

After my wife was a patient of the practice for almost 2 years, i cannot remember her ever saying that she even saw the man, so i cannot comment on him as a doctor at all. I can say that when she went into the hospital at the end of her life, he never called or visited or was even interested (as far as i know) that she was dying. He didnt care enough to even know that she died, so instead of a condolence card, he sent me a letter to tell me that he was dismissing her for $11.56.
