Overall it was a terrible experience. The people behind the counter were rude the Dentist did not even introduce himself when he walk into the room and would cut me off if he ask me a question and I began to answer. Then on top of all that the tooth I had problems with they were not able to fix properly and I had to go to a different dentist to have it done right.

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? Not at all! They always have my best interest in mind Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!
I have been going to Dr Garber for about 5 years. My teeth are in the best shape they have ever been in and I am happy with the service I receive.

Horrible dental practice!!!!!! Lets start from the receptionist... Bad customer service, not pleasant at all, doesn't make you feel comfortable, looks like she is pissed at all times!!! Dentist Garber... Dirty, doesn't wear a mask and you can smell his breath, touches your teeth with gloved hands, but then goes and touches something else with the same glove and goes back to your mouth without changing gloves- disgusting!!!!! Will NEVER go back, there are other, many other, better dental offices that CARE about their patients... read more
