Brought in a watch for battery replacement. They said the watch was broken. I took it to another jewelry store. They put in the battery. No issues. The people at Gallagher Jewelers really let me down. Shouldn’t need to get a second opinion at a jewelry store.
Have used them several times now, for jewelry repairs. Quick and reasonable, with excellent customer service.
$50 for a replacement battery and putting a link back into my watch band seems like a lot of money. My own fault for not asking what they charge but Yikes!!!
