Was not happy with their phone customer service. Was told I have to Pay before I can see the IGI cert for my purchase. Go online to any major diamond retailer. It would be hard to find a company that will not provide certs for diamonds over 2 carats. Something feels off here. Not a buyer. Betting they will comment on this post and say I misunderstand. Just got in my two pairs of earrings and let me tell you…. The most beautiful studs ever! I was hoping to replace some “illusion” type earrings that weren’t giving me much sparkle and I couldn’t be more satisfied in my choice.
