I haven't even gotten an appointment yet. Following their direction, I had my referral order hard copy faxed to them. I was then told to call back and schedule my appointment. I did just that. When Susan answered the phone, she was breathing very heavily on the phone and needed me to talk very slowly. Susan was very rude and basically said she didn't have time to get my referral off the fax machine and schedule my appointment. Dr Valpiani is a good doctor. He is really knowledgeable and knows his stuff. I have been a patient with him for 2 years. I have never had a problem when I go see him.

My 79-year-old grandmother has been seeing Dr. Valpiani for three years for chronic pain due to a back injury five years ago. He prescribed her four morphine pills a day and a fentanyl patch to be replaced every three days. He fired her last week in the rudest way possible because she has cut herself down to two morphine pills a day, and makes the fentanyl patch stretch for up to five days.
