Met Dr. Strickland when he performed a cystoscope exam. Just the concept made me nauseous! Took me in on time, very professional efficient and communicative Nurse/technician addressed my anxiety with reassurance with the Dr’s skill and humanistic approach to medicine. He further reassured me that th procedure was relatively painless and would be over in 30 seconds. He was right. He explained everything clearly and simply. My first experience was very satisfactory. Follow up after next appointment.
I like how Dr. Strickland really listens to his patients and is very honest with them.
