I’ve visited Dr. Russo numerous times,I guess you can say I’m a regular I’ve had a fantastic experience every time I went He was quick attentive listened to and answered all of my questions the staff was very friendly. I definitely have left there every time feeling better both physically and mentally than before I went in I’d highly recommend to anyone looking for a doctor.
Gave us absolutely no info while my dad was under his care inpatient. Danced in the room (when he decided to make an appearance), talked about the weather, king cakes and his plans for the weekend. Watched the tv in the room more than looked at us. Danced backwards out the door saying “You’re fine. You’ll be ok”. That was the entirety of the visit. I had an AWFUL interaction with Dr Russo as he was the attending doctor over my father at a nursing home in Harvey. After being released from inpatient rehab. I was BEGGING for a nursing home release. Dr Russo told me that when my dad got to him, he was “incapacitated and debilitated” when I said that was absolutely not true because I personally lived with him at the rehab facility and we were getting him out of bed and into a wheelchair up to 12 hours a day and we were having conversations.
