Dr Ciccotti was patient, thorough, and careful the whole way through. It was my first surgery and I was pretty anxious, but after such excellent care I’m not scared of surgery at all.
Took time to explain things and to answer all my questions. I didn’t feel rushed. Very knowledgeable and caring.
Dr. Ciccotti and His office is just a pleasure to deal with. Super smart and talented. and probably the best shoulder guy in the city.
